Warranty

Each product we install is backed by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage varies by brand and product line — the summary below reflects the typical terms.

• Hunter Douglas — Limited Lifetime on most product lines; motors and components typically 5 years.
• Norman — Limited Lifetime on shutters, blinds, and shades.
• Lutron — 5 years on motors, controls, and battery packs; 1 year on batteries.
• Alta — Limited Lifetime on most product lines.
• Custom Drapery — 1 year on fabrication and hardware.

Actual coverage is defined by each manufacturer’s written warranty and prevails over any summary shown here.

We warrant our measurement and installation workmanship for [1] year from the installation date. If a covered issue arises, we will remeasure, refit, or reinstall at no charge.

• Manufacturing defects in fabric, components, and mechanisms.
• Faulty hardware or motorization under normal residential use.
• Installation errors attributable to Luce.

• Normal wear, fading from prolonged direct sunlight, or environmental damage.
• Damage from improper cleaning, pets, children, or misuse.
• Modifications, repairs, or reinstallation performed by others.
• Measurement issues when the Client supplied measurements or declined field measure.
